Community groups, individuals and organisations in the Roper Gulf region are invited to make their project a
reality through Council’s Community Grants Program, which opens today.
Grant applications for round one of the 2025/2026 Community Grants Program open Monday 10
November 2025, with applications accepted until Friday 28 November 2025.
Roper Gulf Regional Council has supported many worthwhile groups and projects through the grants
program over the years, allowing community organisations to run events, participate in competitions,
undertake improvements to infrastructure, update equipment and resources and more.

• By Post: Send your application to Roper Gulf Regional Council, PO Box 1321, Katherine NT 0851
• In person: Drop off your application at 2 Crawford Street, Katherine, NT, 0850.
Applicants can apply for grants up to $5,000 to support local projects, events or activities.

Potential applicants are advised to refer to the Community Grants Guidelines to assess their eligibility to
apply. Detailed information on how to successfully submit an application is available, along with other key details
to assist in the application process.
