Council provides a range of services across its region that are on behalf of another Agency, and on a fee-for-service basis.

These services are not Core services of Council as they are not prescribed by Local Government legislation, however Council choses to provide these services to improve its overall financial viability, and for the benefit of its constituents, and the public in general. These include:

  • Airstrip Maintenance
  • Australia Post 
  • Community Development Program (CDP)
  • Homeland (Outstation Services)
  • Slashing Contract 
  • Power and Water Corporation
